2023 AALA Annual Educational Symposium Request for Proposals

RFP Information and Requirements:

  • The planning committee is tasked with providing high-quality CLE programs and for designing the symposium to serve as a forum for sharing information and discussing laws and public policies affecting agriculture.  Proposals should advance these objectives.
  • The symposium is currently scheduled for November 9-11, 2023, in Charlotte, North Carolina.
  • The symposium is scheduled to be in-person, and presenters are expected to be in-person. 
  • The goal of the concurrent sessions is to obtain Continuing Legal Education credits. Please plan on preparing a presentation and materials that will likely qualify for such credits.
  • The planning committee seeks to advance diversity and inclusion at the symposium and encourages proposals that include one or more presenters from under-represented or diverse backgrounds.
  • Concurrent sessions will run 60 minutes in length.
